All user instructions are included in the packaging, we list them below to give you a good idea of all the easy steps required to get the most out of your Mazatapec Shroom Growkit All in One 1200 CC:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and wipe the outside of the growkit with a clean, damp cloth. Remove the lid, but keep it for step 3.
2. With a clean fork make some holes in the top layer. Spread the holes evenly across the growkit (6 to 8 rows of holes is enough). This allows the grow medium to better absorb the water.
3. Fill the GrowKit with lukewarm water (20ºC or 68°F) to the rim. Place the lid back on top and let the GrowKit soak for one hour.
4. After the soaking take the lid off the GrowKit and carefully pour out the excess water. Leave the GrowKit to drain for 5 to 10 seconds.
5. Add lukewarm water (20ºC or 68°F) to the grow bag
   • For the 2100cc GrowKit: 2 cups (0.5 liter)
   • For the 1200cc GrowKit: 2 cups (0.5 liter)
   • For the 250 cc GrowKit: 1 cup (0.25 liter)
6. Place the GrowKit in the grow bag. Make sure the water does not spill over the rim of the GrowKit.
7. Close the grow bag by folding the top and securing that with two paperclips (part of the GrowKit package).
8. Place the GrowKit in a spot without direct sunlight. Do not put the growkit under a lamp or close to central heating or other heat source. The ideal temperature is between 20 and 25ºC (68 to 77°F). Make sure the temperature does not exceed 35ºC (or 95°F). Excess temperatures will cause the mushroom to perish.
9. Open the grow bag daily for fresh air and moisten the Growkit daily with a plant sprayer. Misting 1-2 times will suffice. This remains important after the harvesting if you want to reuse the Growkit.
10. After about 2-3 weeks the first mushrooms(pinheads) will become visible. This might take longer, so have patience.
11. The mushrooms have to be harvested right before the membrane under the cap begins to detach.
12. The harvest: carefully take hold of the stem, twist the stem slowly to the left and to the right and then gently pull it up to extract the mushroon as intact as possible. This way you make it possible for new mushrooms to grow.
